Do I Do Productions – Privacy Policy

Do I Do Productions ("we," "us") is a live music company based in Barrington, Rhode Island, owned by Rocco DeRosa. This policy covers the information we hold about the musicians who perform with us and the scheduling text messages we send them. We do not text clients or the public.
Information we collect
- Name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Instrument or part, and which of our bands you play in.
- The dates you tell us you are unavailable.
How we use information
- To offer gigs, confirm bookings, and send schedule changes and load-in reminders, by email and text message.
- To keep the band calendars and rosters up to date.
- To keep business records, such as payments and tax documents.
Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to musicians who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive scheduling texts. Messages cover gig offers, booking confirmations, and reminders. We do not use text messages for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, calendar, and text messaging providers (for example Google and Twilio), and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while you are on one of our rosters. Ask us and we will remove them. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication, to protect the information we hold.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
