Maine Wedding Band

Maine weddings are a little wilder, in the best way. Couples choose barns at the end of dirt roads, family land on a peninsula, a seaside inn, or a winery in Lincolnville. Do I Do is a six-piece live wedding band that plays all of New England. Maine is where our trips are longest, and the parties are worth the drive.

Barns, farms and backyards

A lot of Maine weddings aren't at a "venue" at all. They're at a barn, a farm, or a family house on the water. That's fine with us. Here's what to sort out early:

  • Power. We need one dedicated outlet that isn't shared with catering. At a farm or home wedding, that may mean a generator or a dedicated circuit, so talk to your tent or rental company early.

  • A level stage. We need a 10' × 20' level area. Old barn floors and lawns often need a stage or flooring.

  • Access. Dirt roads and long driveways are fine. Tell us where the van can get close, and allow two hours of setup.

  • Weather. Coastal Maine evenings get cool fast, even in August. Plan tent sides or heaters for the dance floor.

Travel time and a short season

Maine's wedding season is short, with most dates between June and October. Popular coastal Saturdays go early, so if you have a date, reach out soon. Midcoast and peninsula weddings mean a long drive for a band with a full sound system, so we plan travel carefully and arrive with time to spare. Travel is part of your custom quote.

Some Maine couples want the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one remote spot. Our ceremony and cocktail-hour musicians make that simple, with one team for the whole day.

What's included

  • Six-piece live band with male and female lead vocals

  • A dedicated sound engineer, mixing for your barn, tent or ballroom

  • An emcee for introductions, toasts and the timeline

  • DJ music between sets

  • Your special songs, played live

  • Ceremony and cocktail-hour musicians available

Maine wedding band FAQ

Do you travel to the Midcoast?

Yes. We've played Rockport, Lincolnville, Harpswell and Phippsburg. Travel is built into your custom quote.

Can you play a barn or backyard wedding?

Yes. We need a level 10' × 20' area, one dedicated outlet (a generator is fine if it's sized for it) and two hours of setup.

How far ahead should we book a Maine summer date?

Peak Saturdays often book a year or more out, and Maine's season is short. Fridays, Sundays and June or October dates have more flexibility.
