Boston & North Shore Wedding Band

Greater Boston has every kind of wedding room there is. There are hotel ballrooms and rooftop towers downtown, museums and libraries, estates on the North Shore, and gardens and country clubs out in MetroWest. Do I Do is a six-piece live wedding band that plays all of New England. We've played more Massachusetts rooms than anywhere else, so we know how different a Back Bay ballroom is from an Ipswich estate.

City weddings: load-in and timing

Downtown venues have loading docks, freight elevators, parking rules and strict start and end times. Museums are often stricter still. We confirm load-in and load-out windows with your venue or planner ahead of the day. We need a 10' × 20' level area, one dedicated outlet and two hours of setup access, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue.

North Shore estates and harbors

North Shore weddings often move from room to room or from lawn to tent. The ceremony is outside, cocktails are on the terrace, and the reception is in a ballroom or under canvas. Our ceremony and cocktail-hour musicians can follow the day around the property, and the band is set and sound-checked before your guests walk in.

Clubs and volume

At private clubs like the Chilton Club, the UMass Club or Eastern Yacht Club, the room matters as much as the setlist. A dedicated sound engineer mixes for your space. Grandparents can still hear each other at their table, and the dance floor still feels like a party.

Every season works here

Boston is a year-round wedding city. We've played Danversport in January and the Seaport Hotel on New Year's Eve, as well as garden weddings in July. Peak Saturdays from May through October often book a year or more out. Winter and Friday or Sunday dates have more flexibility.
